Left: 1880s Boys suit of red wool jacket and pants with red silk blouse. Jacket has military styling including black sailor collar and cuffs. Pants share military styling with ribbon detail along the leg. Sailor inspired children’s clothing is a classic design which began in the late 19th century and is still popular today.
